Ten years ago, founders Herzel Hazan and Shimon Mizrahi began construction on their first project, the vibrant convenience center, food court and fuel station now located across from Safeco Field, Seahawks Stadium and the Washington State Convention Center in downtown Seattle.
The success of this concept led the company founders to develop four similar projects at strategic, high-traffic locations throughout the Seattle area: on Denny Way near Seattle Center; at Northgate, directly off of I-5; and in the University District, on 45th Ave. directly off of I-5.
Our more recent growth efforts have been focused on site selection, creative real estate investment and innovative re-use of properties. Through partnerships that include major Northwest brands like Starbucks, Tully's Coffee and Silver Cloud Hotels, we're changing the face of Seattle.
